| Description: | People Come First at StorageCraft! StorageCraft is looking for a Data Systems Tester/Analyst to join our business systems development team who can test and maintain web-based applications to support our internal needs, as well as customer facing sales and support systems.

| Duties: | • Responds to data and information requests by accessing systems and databases developed by business systems team
• Tests business systems, works with team to fix bugs and ensure systems are running accurately
• Responds to requests related to product pricing and custom quote generation
• Conducts data research on purchases, activations and maintenance history as requested
• Assist in maintaining and designing systems to support our business, sales and support teams
• Assist in maintaining and designing customer facing sales and support systems

| Qualifications: | • Working knowledge of SQL, basic math skills
• One to three years troubleshooting, programming SQL, Java, and other web/data based languages
• Team-based collaboration skills, self-motivated and excellent follow-through
• Software testing experience
Desirable Skills:
• Proficient in Java, C++, C#, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML.
• Operating Systems: Windows
• Tools/Applications: MYSQL, SQL Server, Apache Server, IIS, Tomcat, Eclipse, NetBeans, Glassfish
Education: Associates Degree: Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Success Metrics
• Achieve quality testing milestones on time and with very few errors.
Physical Requirements:
• Dexterity and ability to sit for long periods of time
