Description:People Come First at StorageCraft! StorageCraft is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer/Analyst to join our business systems development team who can configure and customize Dynamics CRM to meet the needs of our support, sales and marketing departments.
Duties: Work with various departments to assess needs and gather requirements
Create forms, views, workflows and reports in Dynamics CRM to support business processes
Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications
Train personnel on the usage of our CRM implementation
Assist in designing, developing and maintaining systems and their integration with CRM to support our business, sales and support teams
Qualifications:Professional Requirements:
1+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 development experience
4+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4 development experience
Proficient in the development of CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports
History of implementing best practices for CRM 2011 development, security and performance optimization
Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2
Excellent written and verbal communication

Desirable Skills:
Data migration and integration using Scribe or web services
Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience a plus (2009 SP2)
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 certifications preferred
Experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes
Work experience with Microsoft IIS 7.5
JavaScript, SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, C#, CSS

Education: 4 years degree in computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent experience
