|Description:||StorageCraft is looking for an experienced Receptionist to work with directly with our Customers, Sales, Technical Support and Accounting Teams to support the business and technical needs of our growing customer base. |
|Duties:||• Greet all guests enthusiastically and professionally|
• Answering the phone and directing calls to the proper person
• Taking and delivering messages
• Respond to inbound calls, emails and web cases quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting quality expectations.
• Properly escalate issues to Managers, Sales, Technical Support representatives and Accounting personnel
• Follow processes and procedures in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer services to all customers – internal and external
• Follow workflows to ensure control and compliance requirements while providing extraordinary customer care
• Look continually for ways to streamline processes and procedures, eliminating rework and reducing productivity variations whenever possible.
• Ability to work with customer issue escalations turn an unhappy customer or returned product into a satisfied customer
• May perform other job duties as directed by supervisor
|Qualifications:||• Two-years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Role|
• Enthusiastic, energetic and pleasant personality with the ability to maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization and organization skills
• Professional written & oral communication skills
• High level of personal initiative and professionalism
• Experience with handling dissatisfied customers
• Passion for outstanding customer service
